I’m going to be perfectly honest, I was extremely skeptical that a builder would do everything that they promised and I’m venturing a guess that I was probably one of the most difficult clients they’ve dealt with but in the end I appreciate their service and I feel lucky that I was able to get such good quality and very professional service. Van Woody was the realtor and he is a great person to deal with and he was available for every silly question and he never made me feel like I was just another customer. I’m grateful for all the help Van Woody provided me and now it’s 14 months since I’ve moved in and my family is ecstatic with our home!

Our experience with John Maher Builders has been fantastic. We purchased our home over 10 years ago and haven't done anything to it (outside of regular maintenance). I am excited to get this review out ! This is our third John Maher home and we have found excellent work in all three homes. Each home has been structurally sound and very affordable. In all of our 14 years with this company we have had no problems with the homes. Van Woody has been our realtor through all three homes ,and his service and kindness goes above and beyond the call of duty. He truly is the sweetest man and really cares about his customers. I can’t thank John Maher and Van enough for the care, quality, and excellent service they have provided to our family. We love our new home and can’t wait to spend the next 15 years in this one!.

Several years ago we purchased a John Maher home and love it. The structure and design of the home is perfect for us. I have had the pleasure of speaking with John Maher on multiple occasions throughout the community. He is a generous man and well connected in the community. Early on I met Van Woody in my neighborhood. He has gone above and beyond to help answer questions relating to John Maher homes and our neighborhood. He is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. He has even provided step-by-step instructions on multiple topics from starting the fireplace to having a fence installed. If he can provide such care to someone in the neighborhood, I can't imagine the quality of care he would provide for his customers. John and Van thank you for the quality and care you have giving us.

We recently moved to a john maher community and we have to say its been so professional and yet most friendly experience ever. Mr Van is the best broker we ever met , so helpful and welcoming. Also Mr. Eddie gave us a big bunch of tips and advices on how to keep our home maintained and runs good for a long term. As for the building ... Yes its really different than others we saw... the materials is more of a heavy duty compared to what is in the market. We are happy that so happy with our experience with John Maher Company and we recommend it to new buyers as well.
