Port Royal at Spring Hill

Went to tour the community at the end of February. We were super excited. When we arrived not only did the leasing agent not know we were coming even though we scheduled an appointment, but also was not educated on the things we had requested in our pre tour inquiry. Also the prices shown online do not reflect the prices shown in person, as they run "monthly specials". They did not have the floorplans available to tour, and made us tour a completely different floorplan. We were then handed the keys and were not given a proper tour by the leasing agent or shown where anything was. We arrived at the unit she specified for touring, to find that the keys did not work, and that we could not enter the unit. We called and she informed us that she told us the wrong unit, and to try a different one

Highly disappointing experience while touring this facility. The lack of maintenance to the grounds, roach infestation in the unit we toured, and lack luster customer service was enough for us to run in the other direction. We have spoken to current residents as well and it wasn’t a one off experience. This complex needs work. Listen to the reviews that are telling you not to rent here.

I’ve lived here with my husband since 2021. My 5 star rating has been changed to 3. Communication from management is good, and we love the maintenance guys. It’s a very family-friendly complex. However, I personally have some concerns I’m sure other residents also share which could be better addressed. 1) From what I’ve observed, parking for these townhomes does not appear to be regularly monitored unless someone complains. And, people leave their extra vehicles unmoved in spots. I often come home at night- even in the middle of the day sometimes- to see most spots taken. I see people sitting in resident parking very often that appear to be guests, that I’ve had to complain about in the past before they’ve been asked to move. I have lived at Port Royal at Spring Hill for a year now and simply love it! It has a wonderful community, great pool and they have fun events like chilli cookoffs, movie nights at the pool and karaoke. Its a fun place and my kids really love it due to making lots of friends and it being family oriented. Staff is amazing and Lauren (property manager) is super cool. Highly reccomend!

I lived here for about 6 months, I ended up leaving because I was moving to be closer to my work, but it was truly a pleasure living here. The leasing office is timely and always respectful, and they truly strive to help you out in every way they can. The electric bills tend to be a bit on the higher side, most of my windows were pretty drafty, but this apartment was very affordable for the size and quality. I believe this apartment to be the best value in Spring Hill. They are in the process of planning to build a new dog park, and the complex is very pet friendly! My kitchen was huge, and I never found that noise carried between the units walls. I never had bugs or pests as an issue, even in the summer months.
