Celebration Homes at Harvest Point

Competent, Attentive, Invested, Transparent...all the words we would describe our build, and project team, for our Harvest Point home. From the initial meeting with Tim Duncan, to the final walkthrough with Tim Duncan and Brian Wingler, and all the staff in between, the process was stress free and above our expectation. We very much appreciated the flexibility and willingness to work with our schedules by Celebration Homes. Having a digital efficient process was really refreshing. Brian puts great thought and is proactive to keep everything smooth and manageable from the first foundation block to the final walkthrough.

AMAZING experience overall. First of all, Tim Duncan is so nice and friendly. He was super accommodating and made the whole process easy. He was patient and kind each time I wanted to come see our new home. We are relocating here from another state and I have had to find a home without my husband here. Tim made me feel welcome and valued and never made me feel like a bother! Now - the homes!! I cannot believe The detail and care that went into them. We have a new home under construction with Celebration Homes located in the newer Harvest Point Community in Southwest Spring Hill, TN. We began our discovery in January of 2020. We found a house plan that matched our current place in life. Our experience with the on-sight Sales Team, led by Mr. Tim Duncan has been excellent. Tim led us through the process of lot selection, home plan selection, amenities & features selections and was always prepared with answers to our questions. Building a home is a big decision — and can be overwhelming — Tim has ensured that our stress points have been diminished. The leadership team at Celebration operates with the highest level of integrity and high moral character. We are excited to see our project come to a completion in the next few months.
