The Colony @ Rolf Park

I can’t say enough about how great this place is - from the unit to the leasing office. There isn’t anything they didn’t think of when building these units, from the layout to the quality of appliances and countertops! I was in the process of selling my home when moving into here and it was not going smoothly, the leasing staff (Tory in particular) was so patient and understanding and worked with me to figure out a a date that worked for me. Any and all maintenance requests are handled promptly no matter how minor. I love this neighborhood as well and being across from Rolf Park is also a perk!

The colony at Ralph Park is a great place to live. The leasing staff are extremely friendly and make things easy. The maintenance team does a wonderful job on keeping up with work orders and safety elements.

A great place to live. I have zero complaints. Any maintenance issues no matter how minor are promptly taken care of, no matter how minor. Web portal for rent is very convenient. Very quiet and great area to live.
