Lake View Shores Apartments

My boyfriend and I just moved in two months ago, but so far, living here has been nothing short of perfect! When we toured in the summer, our decision was heavily swayed by the promise of the community becoming a gated community in the near future. Now fencing has gone up and it looks great! Maintenance and the front office are VERY attentive and very quick to respond as well :)

I would like to take this time to say that Randy the maintenance person took care of the issue we had with the water leak in our bathroom. Mr. Randy not only was he polite, respectful, courteous and wearing the cover over shoes to avoid getting our carpet dirty, he was also very professional at all times. He definitely provided us with exceptional service. My wife and I are pleased to know that if anything goes wrong in our unit that Mr. Randy will fix it and make it better. Thanks Randy for all you do for Lakeview Shores. We certainly appreciate you. William Oropeza

Olivia was very professional and kind. She spun the special wheel for me and I received a $25 Gift card which I thought was very thoughtful and nice she also gave me a Welcome Home gift box full of goodies! My unit is beautiful and very clean and I am beyond excited to be part of the LakeShore Community! Thank you so much! 😊

The place feels like home! I would give 5 but just a couple things could be improved. The parking is very limited and we have to park far from our unit sometimes. The other thing is the air conditioning units. Management was very kind and understanding and they are aware they need work. I appreciate their open communication. I have had no problems with management at all. I find them all be to be very kind and helpful.

Lake View Shores is a great place to live. My building is very quiet, there is always good parking, I feel safe there, and the staff members are kind. They have been making improvements since I moved here in June. The pond is very nice and the landscaping is always kept up.
