They were very unorganized. We had people at the actual closing that we never met. There were issues with transfer of money and they made us make all the phone calls. We didn't want to have closing at this office and sorry we did. Would never recommend them for any closing.
Locally known as a top title company for many decades. Beautiful closing rooms, parking is easy, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I showed up to sign closing documents after I submitted ALL the necessary information for them to release funds to my account. They didn't have all that they needed. I knew I gave it to them. I came home looked on my side of the e documents and the information was there. They could have at the least called me so I could have brought it with me to the paper signing. I don't know what is going on Louisville, but the quality you once delivered is no longer there. The customer service is awful.
Great place for title work. I have worked with them for several years.
