The Colonies Apartments

I only went to tour the property. it looked really nice. the lady in the front office was friendly. the resident told me u would love it there and it was quiet. the rent is a little high and the location wasn't my first choice. clean gates community 👌🏾

The colonies Apartments is a wonderful place to live. Mrs. Franchell, Bianca, got out of their way to make sure that the residents are okay with everything that we need.Thank you so much Bianca for taking the time to walk me around and showing me around. Also, the apartments are quite, clean, and very secure. Also, did I mention that they have game night, and pool parties for the residents.

Management is misleading i came in to apply and asked about any requirements and was told by what i have i should be approved and moved in only to be told later that i was denied for being late on rent at a completely different property. Did not inform me of this prior to me submitting my 75 dollar application and now i have to wait over 2 weeks to get my 175 dollar deposit back

I've been living here for a month as the date of the review and everything has been great. The leasing agent that helped me was Ms. Bianca and I'm so appreciative of her. She was nice, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and always followed up if I had any questions. Since living here, I've had to put in 2 small maintenance requests (toilet & sink) and they were completed within 48 hours. The property is nice and well kept. Grass is always cut, no trash all over the place or over flowing, it's quiet and the rent is reasonable. I'm very pleased with my decision to move here, the units are spacious and I'd recommend anyone looking to give this property a try.

I love my new apartments and I love that they do things on time and fix things fast and I Thank God that the maintenance guy don’t still when they go in people apartment so that is good because God see everything that we do that not right in his eyes but the maintenance guy stay on top of everything that need to be done and the lady’s that in the office take care of the residence and they make sure people are happy and everything get fix and the apartment are clean and peaceful and it’s not ghetto and it’s safe to live in the colonies so I’m really happy
