The Club at Riverchase Apartments

I went to visit a friend, and when I came out my car was booted. After many hours disputing with the towing company, a driver was sent. When I spoke to him, he said the reason that my car got booted was that I hadn't registered my vehicle with the apartment complex. There isn't a single sign anywhere close to where I parked my car inside the gates at the complex. The only sign we were able to find was 1 sign off to the side, out in front of the leasing office, which doesn't say anything about towing or boots if the vehicle isn't registered. There is no signage from what I could see when I walked around inside the residential gates, so if you miss the sign, you will be booted or towed.

Update: Being that I never received notice they’ve now turned the debt over to collections. The account resolutions team even responded to my email with photos of a unit that wasn’t my unit. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! My lease ended in August. I was specifically given instruction that in order to turn the keys back in for my unit, I was to fill out an envelope with my new mailing address and my information and put the keys in that envelope and leave the entire thing in the drop box by the office. I originally intended on turning in the keys August 28 but was advised that that would technically be breaking my lease so I would have to wait until September 1st. So on the first of September I filled out the envelope with my new address, a note with my phone number and updated email, placed t

a better dog park would be nice, especially since there are a lot of fur babies in the property. I also don’t love that they don’t have accessible aisles for people to walk the pathway into most of the buildings. very inconvenient, especially when it rains and you have to walk through the muddy grass…and very inconvenient/unsafe for the older people that live in the community or use wheelchairs, and just overall an inconvenience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I’ll add that management is getting worse each time. they’ll fine you if you try to go speak with them in person. they’ll refuse you and tell you to text or email them. do better!

Worst place ever! Stay away. I would give it a one star if I could. Worst management. Only interested in the money. Full of roaches. Will want you to pay carpark fee even if there’s no car- because that’s what the lease says!that’s the only response they are trained to answer. Natasha is just horrible to interact with. Least respect for people. Thinks she owns the place but probably can’t afford even to pay rent for it. Was speaking ill about her previous coworkers to us while waiting. Enough said, am glad I don’t get to see their faces again!

I recently completed a year-long stay at the Club at Riverchase Apartments, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The community is perfect for families, and my children had a blast! The staff was always on hand to assist with any needs, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location couldn't be more convenient, nestled in a prime spot that's both accessible and serene. The value for the price is exceptional, providing all the amenities we needed without breaking the bank. One of the standout features has to be the stunning view of the golf course. It became a cherished backdrop for many family walks and memories. A special thank you to everyone at the Club at Riverchase Apartments for making our time here so enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call
