Hastings End

I came to Hastings End expecting another disappointing apartment tour after seeing nearly ten other places, but Miranda A. completely changed that. I didn’t have an appointment and stopped by about an hour before closing, yet she greeted me with the biggest smile and was so kind and flexible about showing me around. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything (even noting that a team comes by monthly for pest control, which shows how attentive management is to residents’ comfort.) The apartment itself is stunning: modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with an aesthetic that truly stands out in Dallas. The best decision I made was moving to Hastings End. The view, best customer service I have experienced with apartment living. friendly, kind and accommodating. Vanessa went above and beyond. Meeting her and Em alee from day one made such a great impression. Love the Sound community ❤️

I recently toured Hastings End and was seriously impressed. The apartment layouts are smart and spacious, and the whole community has a calm, upscale vibe. The resort-style pool overlooking the lake is a huge bonus. It really feels like a retreat. Miranda was awesome to work with! She is super professional, easy to talk to, and had answers for everything I asked. Definitely considering making this my next home!

I originally was going to give this a 1 star but the staff were nice people and the pool/lakeside walking trail was nice (except for geese poop everywhere). Now this is why I would say a one star… For what you are paying, it really does not make sense at all…I am not one that usually leaves reviews but do not get scammed. When we first moved in, it was at 40-45% occupancy and it was not bad at all. It quickly grew with crying kids echoing through the hall, fire alarms echoing throughout the court yard (so sensitive that you could fart and it would go off), bugs everywhere including on our balcony (which we never got to use because a million spiders decided to make it their home), gym was mid compared to the other one close to the restaurants, you have to pay a crazy amount to reserve the

We recently toured Hastings End with EmaLee. The property is beautiful, and EmaLee was a very gracious and well-informed guide. She is certainly a credit to the leasing team there. While the floor plans didn’t quite meet our current needs, we’ll keep the property in mind should our requirements change in the future. Highly recommend asking for EmaLee.
