The Closing Source

The Closing Source is a fantastic and seamless experience. They go above and beyond to assist you and make sure your deals CLOSE (and on time) I would not hesitate to recommend them for any Real Estate closing.

I would never recommend The Closing Source. After we had to walk away from a contract as Buyers, getting our five-figure escrow deposit back took 2 full weeks. Despite this being a substantial amount of money, the title company initially refused to wire the funds, insisting they would only issue a refund via a physical check in the mail. This is an absurd and outdated practice for a professional title office in 2026. After waiting a full week for a check that never arrived, we had to call and demand a wire transfer. They eventually complied, but only after unnecessary stress and delays. Their lack of urgency and initial refusal to use modern, secure transfer methods is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Tammy and Donica have been wonderful. They are great professional, terrific communicators and efficient. Willing to go the extra each time I have worked with them. I had a client that need mobile closing and they were quick to accommodate. Call Closing source for all your Title needs.
