The Choir Apartments

I got scammed by the management out of $2000 for "breaking" my lease whenever I took all the necessary steps to be taken off of the lease, but they failed to file the paperwork properly. My roommate even lived there for almost a year after I had left, and then he left with no issues. During the 2 - 3 years I lived there, I never was late on rent once. Save yourself a headache and don't live in these apartments. Not only that, we had a horrible mold problem and the roaches were awful.

Opened the front door on move-in day and found roaches crawling everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Management told me to buy spray and handle it myself, promising they’d ‘figure it out later in the week.’ Completely unacceptable. No communication or follow-up after that. Do not rent here.

Choir Apartments in Sulphur Springs are fantastic! The property is always well-maintained, and the apartments are spacious and modern with high-quality appliances. It's a quiet, peaceful community that's conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and professional, making it a truly great place to live. Highly recommend!

Overall, it’s been great living here.

Very bad management.. Bad response from the owner and manager. Every time they charge big amount for no reason.. Refrigerator is still not fixed 2month complained was made .. Worst apartment ever
