Money pigs. Want way better apartments? Go to Heartland Village. Right around the same price and almost brand new. Not moldy and old. Also they don’t charge half a grand for a pet lol. Oh and their maintenance doesn’t come in your apartment without your permission. Oh and their is incredible. These on the other hand? All about money. They don’t care about you. They also charged me for the wind breaking the screen door. Fun.
Nice apartments and maintenance service. Clay its a great landlord, treats residents with respect and consideration. Surroundings are clean all the time.
Love it better then my old NYC apt.
Clean friendly management but not very good at returning calls but they are busy
