Why is it that when someone passes away unexpectedly they must give a 30 day notice then you change the locks. Isn’t there a way to let the family retrieve those belongings? It’s already hard enough to lose a loved one then to put the icing on the cake now there is no “one last smell” or to be able to have those physical memories or “this was their favorite thing”

My wife and I have zero experience buying. We walked into freedom realty blind and Mindy was quick to answer every question. We took a few weeks to figure out what direction we wanted to go and Mindy never once made us feel like we were any kind of burden, she’s very personable and super helpful. When I ask for something she had already done it. She never acted tired of showing me one more house. Patti makes you feel like its a pleasure to help you find just the home you are looking for. I am not from the Sulphur Springs area so when looking for a Real estate agent I went to google. Freedom Realty caught my eye so I called. Cassie Fleming answered the phone and I feel like I won the lottery by getting her as my real estate agent. Being 1700 miles away and knowing nobody she made the process so easy! I feel she has gone above and beyond but she considers that part of her job. We told her what we were looking for and she found listings that we didn’t even see online.
