The Carson at Twin Creeks Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at The Carson at Twin Creeks! The management team is professional and truly cares about the residents. A huge thank you to Jennifer Garcia, the Property Manager, for being so proactive and personally answering all my questions regarding my lease transition—her support has been invaluable. I also want to give a shout-out to Phoenix for the consistent and helpful daily assistance; it makes a big difference in the living experience here. Lastly, thanks to Grace for providing such clear and detailed instructions for my upcoming move-out process. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place in Allen!

I was interested in getting mir details about your 1 bedroom 1 bath apts and spoke to Mrs Jennifer Garcia who was a breath of fresh air! I am currently in search and everywhere I have been I was waiting with no acknowledgement for awhile but she let me know right away she would be right with me. She also answered any questions I had about maintenance tending to maintenance orders in a timely manner. Thank you for a stress free experience!

I had a great experience working with Carson during my leasing process. From the first interaction, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful and not pushy at all. He took the time to answer every question, explain options clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He was quick to follow up, easy to communicate with, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he actually cares about doing things the right way and making sure residents have a good experience. If you’re looking to lease here, I’d absolutely recommend asking for Carson; you’ll be in good hands.

Been living here for about 6 months now and have had a good experience overall. Office staff and service is stellar, maintenance is quick, and the units are nice. The biggest issue with this property is the elevators. The elevators are barely ever working. I’d say about 95% percent of the time the elevators are down. Not a big deal if you live on the 1st or second floor, but living on 4th floor it’s a burden carrying groceries up 4 flights. I’ll put in a maintenance request, the elevator gets fixed after a few days, we’ll use it that evening, then by the next morning it’s out again. Sometimes we even get lucky and get to use to the elevator for a full day! I thought it was just our building, but I’ve heard from neighbors that the elevators are also down often in other buildings too. I

This apartment complex has been a god-send. Phoenix was so helpful during this sensitive matter that we were dealing with during our lease. She was graceful throughout this whole process and so patient with us. It felt as if we were being too much but she really was understanding and empathetic of our situation. I really appreciate her and her professionalism.
