The Bridges of Cabarrus

Moved in with wet carpet so that should tell you everything about this place. Office is hardly open, even though the leasing agent lives on the property. Nobody answers the phone, you literally have to call multiple times. Poor communication, they don’t pressure wash the walkway/stairs. They have so much land but don’t have a bigger pool or grills. Can’t keep a maintenance worker longer than a few months. If I could give 0 stars I would :)

Jamie Maintenance guy was too the rescue. I was frightened by my oven door not opening . He came with in minutes and took care of my concern. Pay him more. He’s worth it!!! Very thankful for him. Very pleasant guy!!!

Do not move here! First of all moved in with wet carpet. Communication is horrible the office is always closed and don’t even try to call they never answer. They always go through maintenance workers and takes days for them to come. Trash is always piled up and never clean. Stairs and hallways are filthy they say someone will come and power wash.. never did. Overall I would not recommend to live here you can find cheaper, cleaner, and more amenities some where else.

I absolutely love the staff here. I have never seen a maintenance man work so quickly to resolve any issues. Jamie is wonderful and took care of all issues I had. He is very nice and made sure before he left that all needs were met. I appreciate you Jamie for being a really good maintenance man and could not be happier with the results. Shout out to Jamie and the staff for being so good to me as a tenant.

Best apartment complex in the area hands down. The size and condition of the apartments are amazing. I think they are only a few years old. They are big and there is SO much closet space. Every unit had a patio or balcony. The apartments feature some smart features like the door and the thermostat and it can be managed from your phone. The management team here is awesome and keeps things running smoothly. By far the best team I’ve dealt with while living in and around Charlotte. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with maintenance. I definitely recommend calling Bridges your next home
