The Boulevard at Clearwater Apartments

Recently moved into The Boulevard and had the absolute BEST experience thanks to Danielle! She made the entire move-in process so easy and stress-free. From start to finish, her communication was amazing — she explained the process clearly, went over pricing in detail, and always kept me in the loop. On top of that, she has such a vibrant, positive energy that truly makes everything feel simple and welcoming. The community itself is beautiful as well. The large pool area is perfect for relaxing, the gazebo adds such a nice touch for gathering or unwinding outside, and the gym is really nice and well-maintained. It truly feels like a place you enjoy coming home to. Love, love, LOVE Danielle! If you’re moving to The Boulevard, definitely ask for her you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love living at the Boulevard Apartments. The leasing office (Especially Daniel) and maintenance crew are all incredible and always go above and beyond. They are extremely attentive and helpful, solving any problem you report immediately. The amenities are so nice and well maintained. I will always hold a special place in my heart for this gorgeous apartment complex.

When we decided to make the move from Missouri to Florida we knew we wanted to be in largo! The Boulevard was the first place we looked at and we were sold after our walk with Danielle! She took the time to answer ALL 100 of our questions and walked us around the entire property! Danielle’s communication was amazing! A week after moving in we knew this was a place we wanted to stay! The amenities are great but the people are better. It is truly a community ran by people who care! We couldn’t thank Danielle enough for all she’s done for our family and to help make our transition to Florida smooth and fun!
