Affordable living, with the added benefit of a front office AND maintenance team that genuinely cares. They can't do everything, but they do make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible. The front office manager knows all the tenants, and their pets, by name. I'm a prior service member and I've lived in several states in several apartments, the bluffs is the ONLY place I could genuinely consider a community. I moved here after a divorce with my child, they helped move right in and provided me with some furniture they had just in case someone needed it. They keep water, snacks and an area for gaming/relaxing. The maintenance team is friendly and communicate what they can and can't do, instead of leaving you guessing or in the dark. Also some dude complained about the walking path in a

The Bluffs was home away from home. I lived in the one bedroom apartment during my veterinary internship. The rent is extremely affordable and the office staff is second to none. They are super reliable and the property is well maintained and has a lot of great amenities. I rented this property site unseen and was so pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the place was. Electricity (heating and cooling) was surprisingly inexpensive as well and worked great. I always felt comfortable while walking around the premises, they recently installed stadium lighting which made it feel even safer at night. The tenants were a mixture of students and locals and everyone was super nice and respectful of noise. Overall, I would highly recommend living here. I was pretty sad to leave actually.

You really can't beat the amenities and quality of living you get here for the price when it comes to Lafayette/West Lafayette. The competitors want to charge hundreds of dollars more each month. It's very quiet, pet-friendly, has trails, tennis courts, a small gym, indoor hot tub, and a pool. The laundry is shared but you can use an app to pay rather than carrying around a bunch of change. Buildings are secured which is a huge plus for those who live alone. I also trust the neighbors in my building. There's elevators, which makes living here more accessible. Only downsides are these apartments are old and not updated (which is to be expected at the rental rate) and you have to pay for water/trash/sewage. I love the team that works here! They're all super responsive and keep on top of main

This has been an amazing place to live. The office staff is friendly and easy to talk to if you have any problems (or just want to chat). The other residents are also very kind when you run into them in the halls. The apartments themselves are clean and good quality. They have tons of storage space and a large kitchen. These apartments are great, especially for the price, and I will likely stay here until I finish at Purdue.

You get what you pay for… Management is pretty chill, but the maintenance team is a joke. They advertise a “walking path” but it’s unwalkable unless you’re about three feet tall. If you’re going to Purdue it’s a great place to live because it’s cheap, but it’s more or less a step below a nursing home with all of the sad old people that congest the common areas at night. Kind of a joke of a place since they are lumped into hunter properties
