The Biltmore

Its a good place to live , but the only problems are water leaking and kids not able to have fun outside . Honestly the homeless are not a bother and the roaches were well taken care of and now we don’t even get roaches in my apartment. Y’all just make it harder for yourselves and i have been living here for 8-9 years and its been incredible. Y’all dramatic to be honest.

I’ve been living here, basically all my life and it’s been great. and to all the people who have complained about roaches It’s kind of your fault and YOUR responsibility to keep YOUR apartment clean

My brother lives there and has told them twice to take care of the roach problem and nothing has been done. They have three little kids and they get sick all the time. They can't afford to move out but pay their rent every month and are good tenants. It's sad they are not the only ones with roach problems. It's out of hand.

This place is roach infested and they do not give back your deposit even if you leave it clean .. the supervisor Manny does not return phone calls in timely manner to address questions or issues I have , the building is run down it’s not good for kids cuz they can’t play outside plus the area is bad to live in there’s to many homeless in area . Plus gang members . I lived here two years.

Jesus Christ the staff are missing chromosomes , They lack professionalism , and their rules are only applied to those who they dislike. They don't allow bikes, skateboards, rollerblades because they're too loud but yet they don't complain about the parties that end at 11pm! The Apartments is full of roaches so don't be frightened when you see 20 looking at you in the middle of the night. I prefer the previous management over the present one because of these reasons and many more.
