The Bevy Apartments

I love it here very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, hospitable staff!! The inclusiveness and the holistic approach it's just not about rent, it's literally understanding and creating a solution while building a professional healthy rapport with each member here individually. Collectively and individually they do their job! Concerning WI this is ONE of the best places I have ever wanted to stay, paperwork is done swiftly, staff is flexible efficient and PATIENT. The hallways smell great, clean, mail room has its own life lol, the music in the hallways I thought it didn't need any improvement, so it's gotten better and I only lived in for 3 months. Thank you Bevy the best management team I ever seen!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dominique, and she is truly an amazing leasing agent. From the start, she was transparent, patient, and genuinely concerned about my needs. She answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. If I ever need assistance or have concerns, I know she’ll be there. We need more leasing agents like Dominique—she’s phenomenal, knowledgeable, and very well-educated in her work. Highly recommend!

I lived at The Bevy for 3 years and my experience was great! The apartments are very nice and it’s near a lot of stores and restaurants. Dominique in the leasing office is very helpful and wonderful! She always answered my questions and is so polite. The maintenance staff is also great and helpful! I highly recommend this apartment complex!

My family has been living in the Bevy Townhomes for 6 years. There have been subtle changes in management since living here but overall we have had a great experience here. Dominique is always on point with taking care of the things we need. Also Tim, the maintenance tech is very knowledgeable and clear in communications. We’ve had quite a few things requiring maintenance due to day to day wear and he comes and handled those concerns efficiently.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Do not apply here. They are clueless. They made my boyfriend pay 320 in app fees and amenities fees. I paid 160. We (he) received 160 back. When I call, crickets. I’ll be sharing this experience on every community site in Milwaukee until I get a resolution. Unfortunately for them I know a lot of people.
