NorthPointe Apartments

Recently had a tour with Sarah and just submitted my application! Sarah was very welcoming and friendly, she showed us two different units to see what would best fit our needs. The property is clean, well-maintained, and looks like a great place to live. All the amenities are definitely something to love! Jody was also very helpful during the application process, making sure all my questions were answered.

The maintenance staff is amazing, as they’re responsive and timely - probably the best part about NorthPointe honestly. We really like our unit size and layout. Neighbors and other residents are very friendly. Great amenities. Management staff is very friendly and typically easy to work with. Two things to consider: •You may be randomly disrupted by the fire alarm going off for no actual fire. If you have kids or pets sensitive to noise just consider this. The amount of times there have been issues with the fire alarm going off for malfunctions or other excuses is ridiculous - and not talking about fire alarm testing because you get a heads up in advance for testing days. I am truly enjoying my stay at NorthPointe apartments. Front desk staff is exceptional and helps me with whatever I need. Maintenance is responsive and respectful. The amenities are awesome with Houston and pool. I can't complain about my stay here so far. I would encourage anyone looking for a nice size apartment to apply here.

The move in process was very informative and overall went smooth. Jodi & Sarah answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns in a prompt manner. It’s been a few days since I moved in and Northpointe feels like home already. The building is well kept and overall quiet which are assets I appreciate as a tenant. They also checked in before and after my move in which is very helpful. I feel pleased with my decision to become a tenant at Northpointe as the circumstances of me moving were due to an unplanned natural disaster.

My husband and I went to see these apartments and it was great! We were shown 3 units all different floor plans. Our favorite was the last one we saw (in which we are hoping to snag closer to our current lease end date). The space was extremely clean, and the amenities accommodations our family activities. And our guide.. She was awesome! Thank you.
