The buzzer doesn’t work nurses cant get in my dad’s dishwasher doesn’t work, his closet rod still isn’t installed so he can’t hang his clothes up. I’ve reported this since he moved in, in April. 8 months and no repairs. Last night his heat stopped and they brought him an electric heater. I’m not paying rent this month until repairs are completed. It’s been eight months of reporting issues but they won’t do anything. The managers office is closed daily so there is no manager present. The tenants that are elderly need nurses aids so family have to drive over to let them in. It’s insane, you can buzz your help in. It’s not a great place for Elderly.

Does anyone know the owner of this property 5005 W Bradley Rd Milwaukee, WI?……There are a ton of probs in this building that hasn’t been fixed, they have meetings where nothing gets done…..no one can find the owners of this building, people in the building would like to sue because there’s mold in the closets all types of health hazards, and someone need to be taken responsible

Horrible place to stay!! People are nosey in this building! The manager Peggy had no respect and doesn't know how to talk to people! This isn't the place for your elderly person to move too!!!
