If zero stars were an option I would choose it. For starters, this was a temporary situation that I did not enjoy. I took a tour finding the carpet in the hallways were horrible. Pets are allowed in this complex. You can imagine pets and carpet does not mix well. The carpet was stained, looked to not have been cleaned for a while. The pool was bright green full of alegea or whatever. My daughter and I looked forward to using it on summer days but only to find out later it would never be cleaned. Only to be drained and filled just to look like a green cest pool like before. I decided to pass since I did not like the conditions of the entire complex. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would, this place is dirty, it stinks, there’s kids running up and down the hallway and twisting door knobs, management is terrible, apartments have a lot of things not working, centipedes and cockroaches infests the apartments, it’s dogs everywhere, dog poop in the grass, the hallways smell like dog poop and dog pee, the pool water is foggy as hell, this is a terrible place to live, 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also management isn’t professional, the hallways also have stains all over the carpets, it’s food left out on the floors of the hallways, the building is easily accessible, no locks/security at all, this building is money hungry and lazy, once you move in, the next month extra expenses are added, the laundry room stinks, this is

This is brown deer and usually brown deer has a standard. This place did not pass the standard test the brown deer is known for. It was very dimly lit in this place and when you entered it smelled really bad. Me and my kids did not stay long. Doors were not secure nothing. I dropped off the customers order and got out of there were quickly.

I have lived here for almost 3yrs now and the Management before was horrible. Constantly changing people things not getting done. I had to get Legal Aid to help me because my Ledger was COMPLETELY wrong. Now we have a new Management team and they are like a fresh breath of air!! They got my Ledger fixed in TWO days! They are very nice and respectful and helpful. I had knee surgery and couldn’t take my trash out and Geraldo came and took my trash out for me and made sure I was okay. I’m very pleased with them and the pool is back open too! My experience with them is all good!

1 star because I had to ROACHES they nest in the dishwashers. Multiple units with known BED BUGS infestations. If you’re a certain type of individual this may be home for you. Unlike myself, I utilized this piece of a wasted complex to build rental history and have cheap rent then move around after a year. Good amount of storage in unit is probably the only upside. Management will charge you for pest control, after taking months to complete the request. Changes management multiple times in a year. Pool NEVER OPEN- don’t get your hopes up. You’re just helping pay the water bill. Animal feces in hallways and urine. Food/garbage in hallways. Packages get stolen so don’t think you can get any deliveries ( my sons INHALER was stolen SMH ) Garages are always unavailable and “under mainte
