The Berkshire

I moved in a week ago and I'm extremely happy with my townhouse. Easy, breezy move-in since the townhouse was in excellent condition. Kim is an excellent property manager and any issue is quickly resolved. The manicured grounds are beautiful and great for walking. I haven't used the pool or fitness center yet, but they are on my list for the coming week. I haven't leased in 35 years, so I was concerned about noise, but it is so quiet. I'm loving it here and so glad I chose The Berkshire.

From a 3-season pool to 24-hour workout facilities to ensuite laundry and garages for every place, nothing in the area beats their amenities. Maintenance is quick and satisfactory. Submitting maintenance requests on the online portal is easy, and they have never taken more than a day or two to address my own submissions. I am impressed with management. Re: other upkeep, everything meets the high expectations that they set. The grounds are well maintained, with plenty of open grass and surrounding forests. I moved into these apartments about a month ago and I have had a very positive experience so far. Moving and leasing process was simple and quick. Very quiet and comfy community. Friendly neighbors and staff. I have noticed a few issues upon move in such as a chipped stove and bumps on the wall from presumably patched holes. Other than that, I love my apartment and would recommend to anyone in the MOV area. Edit: 5/3/22 After nearly 6 months living at The Berkshire, I have never had such pleasant experiences. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The grounds are well manicured and any issue I've ever had regarding any maintenance issues in my apartment have been handled quickly and efficiently. Kim is an excellent property owner.

The Berkshire is a great place to live. It’s a very nice and quiet community while still being close to everything in Vienna/Parkersburg. Very nice apartments with good amenities. Maintenance was easy to deal with. They responded and fixed the problem within a couple hours.

My experience so far has been wonderful. Helpful staff and incredibly timely maintenance has made my settling in effortless. Kim is wonderful at managing the properties and has been so kind to answer my questions before, during, and after move in. The area is quiet and the apartments are wonderfully clean. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff and amenities are truly top notch. You get the feeling of a small town community with the perks of a luxury apartment.
