Greenbrier Garden Apartments

My experience at Greenbrier Gardens was a smooth transition, coming and going! Miss Hazel has been an amazing landlady. She’s super kind, always quick to help, and genuinely cares. I always felt respected and like my needs mattered, which made a huge difference. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — thank you so much, Miss Hazel! :)

My name is michelle welch and i have lived here for 2 yrs . the management ( Hazel Life ) does a great job with tenants she goes out if way to people and even when it doesnt have anything to do with it . i feel safe here and they are really trying to make this. A BETTER. PLACE! Thank You Hazel for doing such a fantastic job . and always having a smile on your face!

They made the whole moving experience a breeze with the ease of all the paperwork and explanation of the lease agreement. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and they have been very responsive to the questions I’ve had. The woman running it is an angel that made this process so much easier.

My family and I have been here since May of 2017 and we are very pleased with our apartment! Now that Greenbrier is under new management they really cleaned the place up nice. It is a wonderful environment to live in. Very clean, and quiet. We are so happy we rented! I gave a 5 star review & would totally recommend to anyone looking to rent!

I've lived at Greenbrier for a little over thirteen years. Since coming under new ownership/management, the improvements that have been made have helped revive the neighborhood and promote a sense of community. On-site management, lighting and security, as well as neighbors who watch over and help each other, all make Greenbrier a safer and ideal location.
