Can’t stand these people! They’re supposed to be professional driver.id rather just go driverless auto at this point and that’s saying something. Taxi probably be the next car going wrong way on interstate and wreck

I take a cab twice a day back and forth to work. Most drivers great. But the ppl who answer the phones are very uncertain ans rude. They have no perception of how long or a wait time to get to you. And it seems all the drivers are sitting and continuously waiting to be told where Togo. Maybe a change of staff is necessary for the company to get appropriate rides on time.

Very rude, drivers appear to be under the influence of drugs. They drive super slow to charge more. The wait time is ridiculous. And they try to guilt trip you into giving larger tips. They also need to upgrade the vehicles, they are dirty and seem unsafe. I'd rather take the city bus.

Extremely slow service and they won’t give an approximate eta

The person I spoke to on the phone was real rude. Then they said it be between 30 minutes to an hour and it’s been an hour and 30 minutes and when I call back just to say excuse me ma’am I wonder what’s going on she gets attitude with me. It’s The worst service I’ve ever had she’s very disrespectful I don’t recommend it!
