Jovar Simmons is absolutely the best! He is straight forward and down to earth, but keeps things fun. He wants things to fit you and your family's needs, but also be right and safe! Jovar Simmons was an absolute train wreck to deal with from beginning to end. From being unresponsive for days at a time, failing to ensure that the sellers were ready to vacate the property in time for closing *three times*, and straight up ignoring multiple details in the contract, he has seemingly done everything in his power to ensure that our sale fell through. If it weren't for my realtor and I holding his hand every step of the way, it would have. Each time our closing date neared, Jovar would drop a deal-breaker on us that would cause us to delay closing and reschedule our moving plans.
