The Belvedere

We love living at the Belvedere. The residents are friendly and fun. We’ve made many true friendships here. The manager, Cassandra, has made some wonderful changes and plans parties and dinners for us as well. We have a beautiful pool, a large community room, an exercise room and a Pub. And many other activities . We have been here 7 years and have enjoyed every day!!!

The belvedere is a great place to live. Lots of activities to keep you active. It would even be better if there could be hired, two extra part time people. One for the office and one to assist with maintenance.

Just moved into Belvedere two weeks ago, love it here. Friendly staff, met several other residents very pleasant. Lots of planned activities not just playing cards. Full size heated swimming pool. Love the modern Whirlpool appliances, such a upgrade from my last apartment, soft close drawers and cabinets. ( Attention to detail love it ) Dashes market close by and very cool, Federal Meats, Hays seafood , peaceful quite its all good. Love my apartment , perfect for me. Terri manager just the best , I was in the hospitality industry for over 40 years so I know a good one when they come along.

My husband and I lived at The Belvedere for a year and a half and had a great experience! The gym, pool, and free coffee were fantastic perks for us as a young couple. Maintenance was quick and reliable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

A very close relative of mine has been at the Belvedere for a few years and there are more and more ridiculous rules. Today was the last straw. Townhomes built in the parking lot where we used to park. It’s hard to get a close parking space, so when I just have to run in for a few minutes, park next to the front spot which everybody does for the last three years. Now all of a sudden I was not in the apartment for NO more than 15 minutes I come down to this ridiculous sticker on my window. I called to complain. They were very nasty. I know there are new owners now. The office girls that we came to love when my loved ones first moved in there are all gone. I am extremely disappointed and hopefully we can find somewhere else to go. This is disgusting. I’m so sick of everybody in their uptight
