10,0000/10 Highly recommend. Mrs. Beverly is amazing. She heard the need from the tour until move in and delivered flawlessly and efficiently! Everything was smooth and she communicated any updates. She was definitely God sent and I can't thank her enough.

The customer service here is POOR spoke with a gentleman about scheduling a tour. I come to visit for a law school event to consider going to law school and the gentleman kept cutting me off interrupting me would not allow me to ask questions. It’s so disheartening to know this is the face of Jackson.

So I called on December 17, 2025 to inquire about scheduling a tour. After looking at their website, I saw that they are closed On Sunday, but you can call and schedule an appointment on Saturday. I called to inquire about this and I was told that they do not schedule tours on Saturday. I was looking at the website and the website says that on Monday through Friday is 8 to 5 and that on Saturday, you can call to schedule an appointment. The individual on the phone was rude condescending and told me that I must not know what website I am looking at because they don’t have enough people to schedule appointments on Saturday. As someone who has seen proper customer service a quick search on their website would’ve shown that that’s what your website said even if it’s not updated, you could have

Very disappointed with the service. I've been waiting for a call back since last week. They never answer the phone almost impossible to get hold of everyone in the office. Horrible customer service don't waste your time.
