I recently moved into Avion, and I cannot say enough great things about Silvia.From the very beginning, she made the entire move-in process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness immediately stood out. Silvia is incredibly responsive and always willing to help, no matter how small the question or request. She truly cares about the residents and takes pride in making Avion feel like more than just a building—it feels like a home. I moved into the Avion a little more than a month ago. I was initially very apprehensive as I was moving from out of state. However, Silvia at the leasing office was the person who set all my concerns at ease. She made the leasing procedure very easy and comfortable and was super flexible regarding the initial payments and move in dates. She was super enthusiastic about showing me the apartment and explained all the features super clearly. She is extremely dedicated so much so that she would stay online to help you with moving in or other concerns even during major holidays and after working hours. I really enjoyed my stay here with the Avion. Silvia and Giovani have showed me the best service. They always answer and respond to all my needs in a timely fashion. There have been no issues during my lease, and to be quite honest my favorite part about this place is how organized Silvia runs the building. 10/10 recommend this place. I also love how they keep the building cleaned and maintained at all times.
