I don’t believe in leaving 1 star reviews but I lived at this apartment for 3 years and when i moved out they scammed me and took my security deposit and never gave me a chance to get this back or anything. Reported my account to collections and screwed up my credit. Very unprofessional and unethical business practices. Please stay away from this company. Greedy, unprofessional and corrupt. Update : I meant everything I said and they are liars and scammers. another update: they claimed I left damages which I did NOT, I have messaged them on multiple occasions. Wendy is absolutely terrible. When I lived at the Athlon, I bought a parcel locker. I moved out at the start of summer, and now it’s fall, yet I’m still being charged $3 a day for a so-called “pending package” in a locker I don’t even use anymore. The kicker is—I still apparently “own” it because I can’t move out of the system without going through the property manager. And who’s the property manager? Wendy. I’ve called her multiple times, and every time it’s the same thing: “I’ll get back to you in an hour” or “we’re working on it.” But nothing ever actually gets done. It’s obvious she’s not working on it, and at this point I’d rather her just be honest and say either, “I don’t actually plan to fix it” (most likely the truth) or “I can’t fix it.” Instead, it’s just empty promises while I

Highly recommend! I lived here for one year. Amanda and Annalise are amazing leasing managers. Move in and move out was so easy and they were very reassuring and supportive while I was a nutcase about trying to line up movers and building access. The building is very dog friendly and only a block away to pet areas downtown. I frequently walked my dog around Cleveland State University which offers a lot of green space. The gym is amazing. The building was able to keep the gym and pool open during 2020/2021 and it was a critical part of my pandemic times. The gym is very large and open with all of my favorite equipment. I stayed here for two nights, I had the best time. The pool and the steam room were extremely relaxing. Hanging out on the rooftop at night enjoying dinner was up there for the highlights of my stay. If I was not from out of state I would seriously consider living here permanently.

We lived here for a year. The pros: An indoor swimming pool The cons : Calling the manager always goes to voicemail, and even after 3 calls and emails through the portal you won’t get a call back. Why ? “I didn’t think it was important enough to respond “ Repeated maintenance issues: garage ceiling falling on cars and after 2 months no attempt to fix it. We had 3 days with no heat twice and no accommodations for it The front door electronic lock very often doesn’t allow time enough to open the door. Added charges for keys and parking passes. Summary: There is no reason to rent here unless you want an indoor pool. There are many other options, so save yourself continuous headaches and rent somewhere else.
