I lived here in 2018-2019. These apartments are beautiful! The pools & 2 hot tubs are so nice I’d invite all my girlfriends over to swim! I love that one of the hot tubs is on the roof area! It has a light up waterfall feature which made me love swimming even in the winter times here! They have so many hangout rooms / study rooms & staff was so kind I always felt at home! Some other places have overbearing staff, but here they mostly leave you alone to feel free to make yourself at home! 🩷 They even allowed my Pomeranian to live there. The dog park is by far superior while I would prefer real grass over pebbles. They made up for it by having a large big dog area & a separate small dog park! They also made up for it by only allowing residents to use the dog park. Locked & unlocked using

Plan to pay an extra $1000 in fees upon move out. All the positive reviews must be from current residents or possibly influenced by The Aston’s incentives for good reviews. Our experience during the stay was fine → not exceptional, but not terrible → until move-out. That’s when everything went downhill. No matter what the office promises or how carefully you leave your apartment, be prepared for unexpected charges. Budget at least an extra $1,000 for move-out expenses. They will find ways to charge you for everything, from repainting the apartment to deep shampooing carpets you already paid to clean. Honestly, we wouldn’t have spent so much time cleaning if we had known they would charge us anyway, especially since the office promised that doing it ourselves would reduce costs.

First and for most... The reviews are fake and are people who just moved in or people who work for the company. My wife(Annie Kemp) also wrote a Review with photos of what I will share. DO NOT live at The Aston at University Place. Here is why: • Amenities: Garage doors are frequently broken, the gym is outdated, and the pool/hot tub are often closed. Grills only partially work. • The Tech: The door access system is unreliable and needs an upgrade. You are also forced to pay for a media package that isn't worth the cost. • Cleanliness: Hallways & apartments smell terrible due to poor ventilation, pet waste in the hallways, and smoke from balconies. • Apartments: Not as sound proof as stated in the initial tour. We had neighbors screaming, yelling and could hear 100% of their footstep

I have really enjoyed living at the Aston! The staff is great and handles issues well. They communicate quickly and effectively through text and emails. The buildings are in a very convenient location and well maintained. Any issue I have had with my apartment has been dealt with quickly!

Dog poop in the hallways and misaligned expectations with move out. My husband and I lived here from 2024–2025. Before moving out, we checked multiple times with the office about expected move-out charges and carefully followed all move-out procedures, leaving our apartment in near-perfect condition. We were told our $150 deposit would cover most of it, but then we were hit with a $770 bill the week of Christmas...that sucked. During our stay, there were ongoing issues. Dog poop was constantly left in the hallway for days on end, noisy neighbors disrupted our sleep despite multiple complaints and even involving the police, and amenities were often unavailable—hot tub closed, gym equipment broken. Our assigned parking spot was far from our unit, and requests to move closer were strictly d
