Ive been living here for 5 years. I love this complex it does have ups and downs like anything in life, but having a manager like Patrick makes me want to stay here another 5 years. Such a great person, hes always trying to find a solution to make everyone happy. And gets everything handled quickly, which makes for a great living enviroment. The complex has some amazing landscaping that transports you to a tropical oasis. And so many amenities here make it very enjoyable. Lastly the location, so easy to get places when your right off the freeway . Definately a gem in OC

I signed my lease after falling in love with the atmosphere of the complex, I really didn't mind paying $2600 a month, I could look past the fact that there was no in-unit washer dryer and that I had to pay out the nose for shared laundry, the fact the train screeches by at 2am every night, the constant need to wash my car, the tree trimming that happens practically every day at 8am, the leaves, the restrictive gym hours, I still really enjoy my space!
Want to know what I can't handle? 
Driving in circles around a parking lot for over an hour every night because I get home after 4pm. "What about the emergency spot that's meant for the security patrol?" I hear you ask, good question! This scenic apartment complex makes you genuinely deem you're traversing a jungle environment! Walking through the surrounding vicinity of this community was a delight, and I aspire to be welcomed back with open arms the next time I stop by!

Been living here since 2020. Best place I've personally ever lived. The managers are amazing and take care of issues in a timely manner. The pool, gym, billiards room and sauna are all amazing and well kept. Don't hesitate to check it out

I really enjoyed living at this apartment complex and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. The location is fantastic. Being close to the Orange Circle and the freeway was super convenient, and I loved having easy access to both. When we had to break our lease, the management was very understanding and reasonable about it. They didn’t try to overcharge or make the process difficult, which I really appreciated. The condition of the apartment was great overall. I lived in the Dogwood floor plan on the first floor, and I loved the vintage style. The design has an older charm but is well-maintained.
