000000/10 highly do not recommend I’ve been calling this place. No one won’t answer very unprofessional at all. I’ve been calling a week straight go by the office. No one is there. No one ever picks up the phone.

A group of people has been putting a beam from a gun on my window at night for weeks!!! One ran out the woods to a neighbor’s house. I have called the police 5times in one week. Two people tried to break into my apartment while I was home. They were dressed disgusted as my neighbors. I have all the evidence on camera. Once they unplugged my cameras after the police left. Comcast had to come out and put a lock on my WiFi. Another time I called the police about the gun beam, they came back with 3beams from a gun pointed in my window. I went to the office numerous of times. Come to find out these are the office lady people and she went back and told them I reported the beam and about the me catching them on camera. POOR OFFICE MANAGEMENT (which changes every few months) , POOR MAINTENANCE, POOR REGIONAL MANAGEMENT , POOR CORPORATE !!! UNITS ARE RAGGEDY , HAVE ONLY BEEN PATCHED ON ,ALMOST EVERY UNIT LEAKS ! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME PLEASE BECAUSE THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING ! ONLY HARASS YOU ABOUT RENT PAYMENTS WHILE YOUR UNIT HAS FALLEN OR IS STEADILY FALLING APART ! I HAVE HAD TO CALL THE CITY TO COME OUT AND INSPECT BECAUSE OF A LEAK IN MY BEDROOM OVER MY BED ! THAT ISSUE WAS REPORTED LATE FEBRUARY, ITS APRIL 1ST ! STILL NOT FIXED ,IT IS NOW MILDEW ,WHOLE APARTMENT LEAKS *UPDATE* 07/2/2024 - MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED TWICE SINCE LAST REVIEW WRITTEN , STILL WAITING ON A NEW UNIT THAT WAS PROMISED SINCE THE FIRST FLOOD IN MY DINING AREA MAY OF LAST YEAR ! I joined the Arlington Apartment family a month ago. It was a pleasant move-in with no problems. The staff was very polite, nice friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of a lot of things and I want to thank them so much for the opportunity they have given me to reside here.
