Building is old and they don’t enforce the carpet or padding rules that you sign in your lease. Godzilla and King Kong live right above you. The management company is unresponsive. You’ll have to call for your renewal because the management department is so unorganized. Midyear they impose an increase and tell you that the board approved it without any notice or forewarning and at the end of your lease you’ll get another increase. Annette doesn’t return any phone calls. The only person to help you out in the management office over here in Briarwood is Ann Marie. The only plus is the janitor who keeps the building common areas clean.

They are unresponsive and rude like you work for them they work for you if their where no tenants they wouldnt have a job. That Annette needs to go.

Imagine having to call 311 for hot water issues. Made a complaint about the water being progressively colder on the 6th floor, was told this is normal it takes longer for the water to warm up. This was absolutely nonsense. The whole first year here, the water was very hot. All of a sudden, it never warms up? I have to leave the kitchen sink on the bathroom sink on and the toilet constant flushing to get a temperature of 98 degrees. It only stays at that temperature for about 30 seconds, maybe even 1 minute. This is absolutely disturbing. I've already made a complaint to the city. Hopefully, the building will be fined and finally replace the boiler. (It has been eight months of cold water.)
