To be honest, they do fix things when they arise, sometimes it takes a few calls/emails. But two things they can’t seem to address: Loud music and unleashed dogs. They do not care about quality of life in the apartment complex they manage. Neighbors play loud music way past midnight. Disturbing the peace in this quiet suburb of Queens. Some neighbors do not keep their dogs on a leash and they always ambush you day and night. One neighbor in particular keeps letting his dogs come at me for no reason even though I’ve told him many times that I don’t like dogs. He even accused me of kicking his dog once. He’s constantly yelling their names day and night whenever he's looking for them. They don’t answer emails or written complaints about this. Very unprofessional. Not even a response they

Our management changed in our building and it was an adjustment. However, Rainel has been very helpful & patient, I appreciate her service! Her support for her tenants is seen in the effort she puts in. When we call with issues and/or have questions she’s willingly helping or offering solutions. Her communication is also great. She gets back in a timely manner and I appreciate that.

Had the pleasure of working with leasing agent Haydee through my lease renewal process. It was a challenge with paperwork, but she made the process smooth, and her response time was great.

I am a tenant in one of the buildings they manage. In the past 3 months, there’s been 2 separate severe leaks from 2 apartments above me that have caused significant damage. There’s currently a giant hole in my ceiling and today is the 3rd day in a row I’ve had to stay home from work to wait for a plumber that has yet to come. I’ve called their office several times and left voicemails but they clearly do not have the wherewithal to manage all of their buildings and respond appropriately to urgent situations. They don’t care about the human lives living in the apartments they make money off of and it shows.

I live in 210 and Rainel has been extremely helpful and patient. She's always professional, attentive, and makes sure everything gets taken care of. I really appreciate her services!
