Worst Management building in New York City, The Super Senad and SW Queens Mezzanine workers do a terrible job. The Property Manager - David Grossman is a terrible individual he purposely lies about conditions of the apartment and lied about heating solutions. Please do not rent any building that is managed by these inviduals. Stay Away!
