Century 21 Milestone Realty

I recently visited this location to inquire about rental properties. The door was locked, and although someone was visibly inside behind the glass, they made no effort to greet or acknowledge me. When they finally addressed me, the first thing they said was “What is it about?” with no professionalism or courtesy. As a potential client, I expected at least a basic level of customer service or respect. Unfortunately, the first impression was disappointing and unwelcoming.

Victor Banks and his team could not have been more professional and knowledgeable regarding the sale of my two properties ( a brownstone and a CoOp apartment). Once we agreed on a strategy, Victor and team assisted in finding contractors, tracked their work and communicated with me regularly. I live out of town, so I relied heavily on Victor to manage showings, deal with any challenges and get the job done. Both properties sold for asking price. Victor's knowledge and kindness made my experience with Milestone Century 21 a really good one. I would not hesitate to recommend Victor Banks and Milestone Century 21 to anyone looking for a team of professionals.

Stay away!!! This brokerage is one of the most unethical, dishonest and untrustworthy companies I’ve ever dealt with. I listed my house with an agent who told me it would sell quickly based on the price and condition. It stayed on the market for more than 9 months. I later found out the Agent wasn’t answering the calls or requests from other agents And was trying to get the full commission. I lost a lot of potential buyers and thousands of dollars because of that. I notified the broker and they basically denied everything And backed the Agent. They also recommended me to a crooked lawyer who gave me conflicting legal advice. Stay away you have been warned!!!

I called today and the secretary is beyond incompetent. She puts you on speaker so it’s really hard to understand, then she stays quiet and puts you on hold for a long time. I am glad I wont be doing business with you

listing agent for the property on 221st in Laurelton wouldnt even let me view the inside of the house she was unprofessional I feel because I didnt have an agent present with me.
