The Arbours of Hermitage

My name is MaToya this is year 2 for me. I’ve had such a great experience at Arbours of Hermitage! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and welcoming. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel safe and comfortable. The office staff is professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents. I love Kiera. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, herself or staff has always responded quickly and with a great attitude. Maintenance requests are handled fast and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The apartments/townhouse themselves are spacious with a nice layout, and the community amenities are a big plus. There are positives and negatives of this complex. Some positives are the location, absolutely perfect. Right by the highway and when traffic is light, the drive into the city really isn't bad. Two, the apartment I live in is very spacious, and for the price you can't beat the amount of space we have. And lastly, when the pools are open I enjoy that a lot. Now the negatives, when we moved in the apartment was really dirty so we had to really deep clean, which is frustrating because it shouldn't have been that unkept. Two, the trash fairies will refuse to take trash if it's slightly too heavy. I pay for that to be taken out, I expect it to happen. We've been living here for many years, first with two daughters, then with one and now just my husband and I; loving here, most neighbors are decent, nice people, the place is quiet. We have seen different administrations, some very good some others not much, but right now a very nice staff, Kiara, Assistant Manager is on top and beyond everything. Most times the place is clean, the mainteinance staff is good, some other issues have to be addressed to a different company, like sinking a small piece of the floor on the kitchen, the loose rail at the stairs, etc. The only thing I don't see, anymore, is cleaning the green areas behind the townhomes and sometimes issues with the visits taking residents parking spots.

I've been living at The Arbours Of Hermitage going on 2 years. I absolutely love the community. Its always clean even when the dumpster gets overfilled. They quickly get it cleaned. Their maintenance is also very attentive to whatever you need. Some things take time and due to some circumstances its reasonable to have to wait. Everyone is friendly and quiet. Its a great place to restart or retire or just simply live to grow. Just like any apartment complexes there are some minor inconveniences but you'll get that anywhere even in newer communities. Its a pleasure being a resident here and I would definitely recommend to others. May I also add the space, the amenities and the pricing is great as well.

I moved into the Arbours at Hermitage back in July of 2025 and do far have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Office staff is always kind and helpful. Any maintenance requests I've had, which have been very few, were dealt with in a timely manner. Having "trash fairies" is amazing, no more lugging the trash to the dumpster. Also, when I was searching for an apartment, I found that the Arbours offered the largest square footage for the price which was very important for me. I also love the kind of "beach house / nautical" look of the buildings because the beach is my happy place. Highly recommend the Arbours at Hermitage!
