Vanessa Ndongala was the absolute best help and representation of this company that I could possibly imagine. She made the process of finding my first apartment so smooth and gave me a supreme confidence boost. I cannot recommend her enough. 15/10. She is honest, informative, and responsive. I can tell she enjoys what she does and that is a big testament to a company’s culture. If you need help finding a new community to live, start with her.

I have been living here for about 2 years now and just renewed for a third! Aaron and all of the other maintenance guys are so helpful and quick to assist! Aaron was able to see that I needed a new water heater when checking on my AC request this morning and replaced it within the next hour!! I feel very lucky to live in such a great community with attentive staff!

My move in experience at MAA Park was very smooth. From Vanessa and Sariah in the office. To Austin and Mr. Smith in maintenance. I couldn’t be more pleased. I was pleasantly surprised the condition of my apartment at move in, especially by the welcome pack of a plunger w/toilet paper roll, bag of chips and a bottled water. I had a good laugh and then realized how underrated the gesture was. Me. Smith definitely outdid himself. At this point I’m very happy that I chose MAA Park as my home as I transition back to my hometown of Nashville after 40 years.

I moved in about a month ago and this is my first apartment. The leasing process with Sariah was smooth, and I haven’t had any issues so far.. I checked out the laundry room today and it was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I’d def recommend this complex. Arron also helped me replace my water heater inside my apartment.

Vanessa is amazing. She works diligently and answers every question. I was feeling alot of anxiety about signing a 14 year lease (im not a huge commitment person) and she even offered words of encouragement and a little advice. Eased my doubts a bit. Thanks again Vanessa
