Cathy Hudson, the manager at Summit Apts. is great. She always welcomes you with a smile and greeting. You definitely leave her office knowing that your issue and/or concern will be addressed.
The manager was very polite, personable, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She walked me through everything I needed to know and do. This was a very good experience! Hope it lasts.
I'm going to be completely honest with this review of this place I do not recommend renting here I do not recommend anyone living at the environment the people that run this place do not care they're very cold hearted they're very very unfriendly they do not know how to do their jobs correctly I'm so glad I moved out of this place say wait weeks and weeks to fix something when you try to tell them there's an issue they brush you off it is very very unprofessional of this place I do not recommend them at all
Melissa Joyner has been an excellent leasing manager. Her dedication to helping people get into comfortable homes is outstanding. Any issue arises she makes sure it is taken care of in a timely manner and has great communication throughout the process.
