The Arbors at Edgewood

I want to thank Joanna in the office for being so helpful and kind this last weekend when I stopped by for a question. Joanna was very helpful and informative in answering my question. I have never felt so welcome and appreciated as a resident as I have since I moved here. Thank you so much! The entire office staff is amazing and the ladies are always personable, which is so appreciated. The maintenance crew is the best. The grounds are always clean and they always get any repairs done efficiently and in a timely manner. Thank you so much for all you do!

This is our Second year of living in this apartment complex, and so far, we are loving it. We feel safe here cause our location is nearby police statio, fire station and we also have childfriendly neighborhood. The arbors at edgewood is nearby stores , school, bus stops, urgent care and restaurants thats why it is very convenient for us. When it comes to the interior of the unit, the units are built high ceiling and has modern design. Wide bedroom space as well as the bathroom. Ammenities are great, we always use them! If you have special events, you can also use the clubhouse. The Management is very accomodating and considerate. I would recommend this place to live. Thumbs up! 👍🏼

I find the arbors to be a very well kept and aesthetically pleasing apartment complex. Well designed, well maintained, and the staff are great as well. Ariana in particular always has a smile on her face and is patient and knowledgeable on any questions I have. She’s my go to if I ever need something. Great place 👍

Edit: We still love living here. The dog poop problem has become better with management being on top of having owners clean up after their dogs! However, the change of my stars is because of some inconveniences while walking on the sidewalk. I walk my dog on the sidewalk but there will be children riding their bikes and scooters on the sidewalks as well which is very dangerous. My dog almost got ran over by them!

I would like to file a complaint about Dani, one of the office employees at the apartment complex where I lived. I personally saw Dani park in a handicap parking space even though she does not appear to have a disability permit. In addition, her attitude toward residents is often disrespectful and unprofessional. She tends to speak to clients in a condescending manner. Because of this experience, I would not recommend these apartments.
