The entire process of working with Allegiance was very simple and seamless. From scheduling the home inspection online to having all questions and situations during the inspection explained to us by Matias. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. I enjoyed our inspection time and we got the inspection report within the hour after we were done just like we were promised. We would definitely recommend working with them to anyone in need of a thorough and professional home inspection.

Kelley was our first point of contact at Highland and she was so helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Our inspector Matias from Highland/Allegiance was wonderful to work with as well. He was at the property when we arrived and ready to go to work. He was detail oriented and professional and very knowledgeable. We had an awesome experience with our home inspection. The inspector Craig was very professional and friendly and extremely patient with our questions. We were able to get our inspection done within 24hrs of calling which was very helpful. We really appreciated being able to watch the sewer scope live feed prior to our home purchase.

We used Allegiance home inspection for an inspection on a house we made an offer on. This was our first time buying a house so we were a little confused about the process of everything. He did an excellent job explaining his findings and was very professional and patient in addressing our questions (as first time home buyers you better believe we had a ton of questions).
