10/10 experience, the leasing and maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. The leasing center is clean and has amazing treats! Very happy and excited to be in my new home!

Pros of the complex: Living there was peaceful, and overall, everything was good. Maintenance responded quickly to any issues and was always friendly. Cons: The complex clearly needs updates, and there are a lot of ants. The faucets need replacement. The lighting is very poor and yellow. They take almost the entire deposit, even if professional cleaning was done. But the biggest downside is the managers, whom you luckily see only twice—before moving in and after moving out. These managers don’t want to work. They are lazy, rude, aggressive, and always unhappy to see you. It feels like you’re intruding in their home rather than renting a place. After the lease ends, their attitude gets even worse. I don’t understand who hires them and why they still work there.

I have lived in the area since before these apartments were built, and though I do not reside at SM, I live close enough to say the complex is quiet and well maintained. The few times I've had to call over, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tammy who has been there since the opening- not only have they answered the phone every time I've called, they have been so personable and professional as well!! In todays tech world where everything is done through online portals and emails, this kind of customer service is refreshing. To those making less than 5 star reviews here...you don't know how good you had it. No complex is perfect for everyone, but this one might come close!! =) Great neighbors and great management!!

I appreciate the maintenance staff, Kenny and T. They always greet me warmly and make me feel welcome when I'm out and about on the grounds. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, they have responded quickly and resolved the problem without any hassle. The office staff, Tammy and Cookie, are also excellent. They are patient and pleasant to work with. One of my favorite memories of living here is when T fixed my garbage disposal, and we bonded over our shared love for Taylor Swift's album 'Folklore.' Another great memory was when my girlfriend and I visited the office to inquire about a lease transfer. I’ve been living here for about 5 years or so. I’ve never had a problem with the staff. The same staff has been here since I moved in and that’s rare. Cookie has always been nice to me…She’s a no nonsense type of person so I guess that may rub others the wrong way but I’ve never had an issue. Tammy has always been helpful and nice also. The maintenance guys are the best!!!! On the rare occasion we needed work done at our place they respond quickly. Any time I’ve had issues with a neighbor (minor issue) management has addressed the concerns an I can tell because I would notice a difference.
