Edgewood Heights

Omg I have not moved in as of yet but just the application process the initial meeting with this apartment community and staff has been a very satisfying experience! Very welcoming , friendly and at home feeling! The energy is unmatched , I didn’t feel like just a check to fill a spot , I felt like I was entering a family! My toddler son , he was more excited and busy and they were more than welcoming to his bubbly & busy bee shenanigans! I look forward to living at this establishment, gladly being a part of this community is my goal!

The staff here gives EH the edge over other apartments in the area including Federal Way. I was blessed to have worked with Mel and Charmaine during my two years here. They are surrounded by capable staff & Maintenance team who are all happy to help and I have only had good experiences with the staff. Mel & Charmaine managed majority of my apartment needs and truly thank them very much for my positive living experience here! If you are looking for an apartment in the area, EH and their wonderful staff will take care of you!

From the beginning and end of our time with Edgewood Heights, Cedric from the front desk was the most helpful person to go to with all and any questions or concerns we had. He was so kind, efficient, thoughtful, and truly easy to work with. It’s people like him that can alleviate every last stress when it comes to apartment living.

Parking is complex after a certain time, roach issue due to construction in the back for phase 3, and my upstairs neighbors are loud after addressing numerous times. For the roaches, they've addressed issue with continuously offering exterminator to spray when around. This seems to have cleared up. I wish we were told a new phase would start behind us. This apartment was peaceful for a few months of us moving in.. for the neighbors, the only solution they advise is to move us to a new unit when one is available but when we have asked if they also provide the company to move the furniture they say no. Melissa is great at the office but we are frustrated with our daily living; with the upstairs neighbors child that runs/stomps through the apartment all day and now they have a second dog, so

Honestly, I don’t really understand why some people had negative experiences here—of course, not everyone has the same experience, but for me it was truly great. The community was always clean, and I had so much fun playing pickleball. Cedric and all the staff members were consistently friendly and upbeat, which made living here even better. One thing I especially appreciated was the lease policy. I had to move out earlier than planned, and instead of being forced to pay a full two-month penalty, they reduced it if a new resident moved in sooner. That was such a fair and considerate system. The apartment itself was well maintained, and having air conditioning was a huge plus. I also noticed the pet DNA registration system really helped keep the community cleaner—there was definitely less
