The Apartments at Boott Mills

I have lived at the Boott Mills for 6 months now and love it. We owned a home but did not want the responsibility of the upkeep and outdoor maintenance. Our apartment is huge with tall windows and brick outer walls. The bedrooms are so large and comfortable. What I like most is that if I need something they are always there for us. You get to know the maintenance staff here unlike where I lived before. They care about the place and work hard. It is surprisingly quiet and the heating in the winter is not bad. During the summer months I have to be careful and turn off the a/c when I am gone. Some units have washer and dryers, as mine does. My dog lives with me and there is lots of areas to walk. I have not run into an unruly dog here. They are careful with that. I hope to stay h

Very professional and responsive staff. I have loved living here so far. Amenities are great. Short walk to the best of downtown area including restaurants and nightlife. If you have guests, a large public parking garage is available across the street for a fee.

Horrible experience. Will never come back. Maintenance and management will harass you if you stand up for yourself.

My friends and I recently moved into the Boott Mills in Lowell, MA. We absolutely love it here and could not be happier. The rooms are very spacious and we love the exposed brick on the walls. It is EXCEPTIONALLY clean, which we really appreciate. The kitchen is user friendly with lots of storage and room to cook. We love the open concept with the floor plan. The bathrooms are spacious and work well. The staff here is super friendly! They welcomed us here right away and made us feel at home. The gym is also very nice and allows room to get a great workout in. The area around the Boott Mills could not be nicer. There is a wonderful river walk right behind the building which is perfect for walks or runs. We love the Boott Mills and highly recommend living here!

I've been living at Boott Mills for 6 months and so far the experience has been fantastic. Everyone in the leasing office has been a pleasure to deal with and the very little maintenance requests I've had were all taken care of within 24 hours. The building is always kept very clean and the surrounding area is excellent and only getting better. Anytime you live in a building where one of the employees performs a ballet from the nutcracker suite at a holiday party, you know you're in good hands.
