The Ambrose Apartments

I lived at The Ambrose for one year and loved it! It is a nice little neighborhood, quiet and renovated on the inside unlike a lot of other apartments in Groton. The Property Manager, Martha, was easy to work with during the move-in process and throughout my time there. It’s in a great location! Only 4 minutes from the beach which was my favorite part. Thank you for a great year, Ambrose!

I have lived here for over 2 years 1/2 and it has been amazing! From viewing the apartment listing to moving in, the staff at B7 Properties, Ambrose Apartment, have been superb. They made the process very smooth and easy. Martha, the property manager, has always been available and reliable for any emergency. The location is very convenient and I'd recommend the Ambrose Apartments to anyone who is new to the area (like I was) and is looking for a very welcoming and peaceful environment.

We moved to the Ambrose Apartments 8 weeks ago and it was the best decision we made. * “I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.” * “I highly recommend this apartment complex Martha the property manager made the whole process smooth, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the beginning right until we move in. We had some minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of in a blink of an eye. I can't say enough about the maintenance man Dan. He is very efficient and has a great personality. The property is well taken Of. The best feature for me is having the washer and dryer in the apartment. I'm sure you won't be disappointed

We moved into Ambrose apartments a year ago. I have lived in another apartment complex and it does not even come close to living at Ambrose. The apartments are all redone inside and are very nice. Martha is a great apartment manager very understanding and helpful. Since moving back to Groton 2 years ago I feel I can finally call this apartment home. I feel very safe here and comfortable. And that is very important to me.

I've lived at The Ambrose for almost one year and absolutely love it. The place is immaculate, the grounds are beautiful, and the manager, Martha, is extremely attentive and responds very quickly. The location is perfect, close to shops and the beach. I love to hear the foghorns at night. The appliances are top of the line. Plus, my cats love to look out the windows. So, if you're contemplating a move to The Ambrose, you'll be very happy with it, I'm sure.
