This place is GREAT!! people that work for Electric Boat try to park in our parking lot because the location is literally in the back yard. The staff here is amazing, and the maintenance is always impeccable. The pool is a perfect way to cool off after working out in the gym. I see all kinds of improvements and upgrades lately. highly recommended!!

My girlfriend and I just recently went here to look at the property. Walked around and really enjoyed the way it was maintained and updated. New paint on the sidings, what looks to be brand new asphalt parking lots throughout the property, has a pool, brand new playground and much more! Would recommend this property to anyone in the Groton CT market, can’t beat the value of this property and the prices they are asking!

Gisele and the maintenance crew are all fantastic people and work hard. They listen well and are very accommodating. I’ve appreciated all they've done for the last 4 years I’ve been here. New owners are raising prices which are too expensive in my opinion though which is why it lost a star. But the management and maintenance crew are the best!
