ReNew Washington Park

I couldn’t be more happier to see new ownership at this community. The improvements so far make such a difference. I’m glad to see the same friendly faces of Michelle Danielle and Agatha in the office as well. Excited to see what’s next!

I really enjoy living here! With all the new renovations, it’s really making it worth it to be here — everything’s looking great and improving all the time. Danielle, Michele and Agatha have been so kind and helpful. It’s nice to feel part of such a great community!

Danielle made everything very easy and welcoming upon us moving in a few days ago! The environment is very quiet and respectful and we are happy to call ReNew Washington Park our new home!

Disgusting apartments. The common areas smell of mold and smoke. There are bugs in each apartment (tons of spiders). The dumpsters are disgusting and rodents (including raccoons) are always in them. The outside of the buildings are all run down. The walls have 0 insulation for the cold winters On top of that, the common areas are all run down and not taken care of. The pool is barely ever open. The laundry room is a mess. You are much better off looking somewhere else. Do not be fooled by their pictures.

Michele was beyond wonderful with assisting me with information I needed about getting my first apartment. Although I did not decide to live here, Michele went above and beyond and answered all my questions I had for her, on and off the clock!
