I have been living here for a little over a year. It has been a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and nicely renovated. I love the fact that they come with washer/dryer in them! Maintenance is quick to respond and the property manager is always helpful and understanding. I am glad I found these apartments.

The move in process was smooth and the office manager was very helpful and accommodating. The renovated apartments are very nice and clean. Edit after 1 year: My apartment and the property manager have been great for my year living at Emerson. I am only moving because work has taken me elsewhere, I wish I could pick up my Emerson Apartment and take it with me. For the price, the apartments are spacious, and management has always been responsive.

My husband moved into this apartment complex in 2020 when it was called Avery place. I then joined him in 2022 and had wonderful interactions with Donna the previous property manager and Tracy the previous maintenance team member. The apartment complex then changed to Emerson place and they began renovating and revamping the apartments. We continued to live in the older style apartments until our end of lease in Oct 2023. We had the best experience at Avery place / Emerson place. The apartments are clean and the neighbours and staff are very friendly. Maintenance is quick and professional to fix any issue. The only issue we ever had was the parking. Each apartment has assigned parking spots, however on multiple occasions someone else would park in our spot, we would attempt to park in the
