I most appreciated her directness (not being afraid to identify problems when touring properties), contact network (Ursula knew a little bit about everything that is even remotely related, and better yet provided us with a list of recommended experts after the fact), and lastly her good sense of humor. Highly recommend her as a satisfied first time home buyer.
